Missing/Incorrect/Defective Items
The Four Loves takes pride in providing quality products. If you have missing/incorrect/defective items, please email us at enquiry@thefourloves.biz within 3 working days and we'll be glad to assist you further.
Trade-in
Trade-in items must be in acceptable conditions and accompanied by original customer invoice.Trade-in items not bought from our store shall be appraised by professionals at our distributor to determine its value. Deduction of 18% and above for all Gold Jewellery trade-in based on current gold price calculations. All trade-ins are done at our distributor.
